2003: Intern at Cornerstone University and the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Helped coordinate on-campus public lecture series on the Dead Sea Scrolls. Assisted organizing and running the museum’s academic conference on the Dead Sea Scrolls at Calvin College.
2003: Teaching Assistant at Cornerstone University for the Bible Department. Graded papers, proctored exams, and taught classes for absent professors.
2002 – 2003: Worked in the Cornerstone University Learning Center assisting students in editing papers, proctoring exams, and facilitating alternative learning for students with learning disabilities.

2007 – present: Assisting at St. Gregory the Theologian Orthodox Church (Wappingers Falls, NY) with occasional preaching and leading the high school Sunday School class.
2003 – 2004: Volunteered at the East Jerusalem School, Jerusalem, Israel. Assisted the fifth grade teacher in grading, tutoring reading, and office work.
2000 – 2001: Member of Alpha Chi Honor Society at Cornerstone University. Participated in volunteer projects and society events.
2000 – 2001: Treasurer of Kappa Theta Gama, the Theatre Club at Cornerstone University. Balanced the budget, ran the concession stand, and acted as House Manager for all shows.
